Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.
Place the water, dried yeast, sugar and psyllium husk into a bowl, stir well and allow to stand for 10 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
Add the Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix and 4 tbsp oil and combine until a dough forms.
Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, until doubled in size.
Dust a clean work surface with the Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix and roll the dough with your hands into a 4cm diameter circle, neaten the edges with your fingertips.
Place on a lined baking tray and leave to rise for another 30 minutes.
Brush the stottie with the remaining oil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Leave to cool before serving.
