Pizza

  • RECIPE MAKES: 2 pizzas
  • PREP TIME: 60 minutes (includes proofing time for dough)
  • COOK TIME: 20-25 minuntes
PIZZA BASE

 

 

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Place warm water, yeast and psyllium husk into a mixing bowl and stir until combined.

Step 3

Leave to rest for approximately 10 minutes.

Step 4

Add Taste Connections Bread Mix, olive oil, salt and seasoning into mixtureand combine by hand until a dough forms. Knead for 2 minutes.

Step 5

Leave dough in the bowl to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.

Step 6

Grease 2 x 6”-7” cake tins with butter.

Step 7

Dust hands with Taste Connections Bread Mix and divide dough into two balls,placing each ball into the greased cake tin. Press dough into edges of tin.

TOPPINGS
Step 1

Spread half of the pizza sauce, mushrooms, pepper, red onion and cheese overeach pizza base.

Step 2

Place into oven and cook for 20-25 minutes.

  • 200ml ProZero
  • 175ml Warm water
  • 1 x 6g sachet Dried yeast
  • 9g Psyllium husk powder
  • 500g Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix (plus extra for dusting)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Mixed dried herbs
  • TOPPINGS
  • 100g Passata sauce
  • 100g Mushrooms, chopped
  • 100g Red pepper, sliced
  • 100g Red onion, chopped
  • 100g Violife for pizza mozzarella flavour, grated
