Pre-heat the oven to 200˚C/fan 180˚C/ gas mark 6.
Place water, psyllium husk and yeast in a bowl, stir and leave to thicken for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, add Fate low protein all-purpose mix.
Add psyllium husk mix to bowl, using your hand mix until a dough is formed.
Knead the dough for 3-5 minutes.
Place back in bowl and allow dough to rise for 20 minutes.
Divide dough into 4 pieces and dip each piece in Fate all-purpose mix.
Roll into a ball and using fingertips, gently stretch into a flat oval approx. 6inches/15cm in length.
Place on baking tray and brush with oil.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
