Heat the oil in a large frying pan before adding the onions and garlic, stir-fry on a medium to high heat for 2 minutes.
Add the peppers, courgettes and beans to the onions and garlic, stir-fry for a further 1 minute.
Add the water, pasta sauce, oregano and chilli flakes if using, mix well, before adding the Mevalia Fusilli. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and cook the pasta for 10-12 minutes.
Stir the mixture regularly to stop it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
To finish, season to taste and sprinkle with herbs of your choice.
