Place the warm water, psyllium husk, garlic purée and tomato purée in a bowl, mix well and leave to stand for 5 minutes, until thickened.
Add the wet mixture to the Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix and baking powder in a separate bowl and knead until a dough ball has formed.
Separate the dough into 3 balls, using a rolling pin roll flat to ½ cm thickness.
Using a knife, cut out 2 gravestone shapes out of each portion of dough.
Place a dry pan over a medium heat and dry fry the gravestones for 2 minutes on each side and remove from the pan
Mash the avocados and mix with the garlic and red chili.
Add the avocado mixture into a bowl and top with the lettuce.
Season to taste.
Insert the gravestones into the mixture and serve.
