Gazpacho

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  • ½ Cucumber, de-seeded and peeled
  • 400g Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Red pepper, deseeded and chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 40g Pan Carré, soaked in water
