Melt the MEVALIA Chocotino/ Vitabite slowly in a bain-marie.
Meanwhile, mix the crème fraîche with the sugar and rum (or essence with water) until smooth.
Stir in the melted chocolate and beat together.
USEFUL TIPS
Can be frozen.
Coat silicone chocolate moulds and freeze, for use later
as cake decorations.
Use as a pancake filling.
Use for cake fillings.
Use as a chocolate spread.
Add small pieces of fruit or fruit essences for a different flavour.
Use as the bottom layer in a trifle.
