Bruschetta

  • RECIPE MAKES: 4 slices

Step 1

Add the cherry tomatoes, basil, red onion, garlic purée, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to a bowl and mix until combined.

Step 2

Top the toast with the tomato mixture and serve.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve as a starter before a delicious pasta dish.

 

Top Tip:
Add some chili to the tomato mixture for spicy kick!

  • 150g Cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 10g Fresh basil, chopped
  • ½ Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic purée
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 Mevalia Ciabattine, halved and toasted
