Bread Porridge

  • RECIPE MAKES: 1 Serving
  • COOK TIME: 5 minutes
Step 1

  Break the bread into small pieces.

Step 2

In a small saucepan bring Mevalia Lattis ProZero to the boil.

Step 3

Add the bread pieces, simmer for 10 seconds and transfer to a breakfast bowl.

Step 4

Top with sugar, cinnamon and any of your favourite toppings.  

Hints and tips:

* Stale bread works best

Use fresh or dried berries and fruits, they all work well.

  • Mevalia Pan Carré 100 g
  • Mevalia Lattis ProZero 200 ml
  • Cinnamon ¼ tsp
  • Sugar
  • Selection of berries
