BBQ Garlic and Tarragon Mushrooms

  • RECIPE MAKES: 1 portion
  • COOK TIME: 20 minutes
Step 1

Preheat the oven at 200°C/180°fan/gas mark 6 or light a BBQ.

Step 2

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and wrap in tin foil.

Step 3

Bake the foil pouch in the oven or place on the BBQ for 15 minutes.

  • 4 Large button mushrooms, quartered
  • 2 tsp Garlic puree
  • 1 tsp Dried tarragon
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
