Aubergine Steaks

  • RECIPE MAKES: 2 portions (1 aubergine steak per portion)
  • COOK TIME: 20 minutes
Step 1

Slice the aubergine lengthways into 4 pieces. Dispose of the end slices.

Step 2

Cook the 2 middle aubergine slices on a dry griddle pan or a barbeque for 15 minutes or until cooked through, turn until charred on both sides.

Step 3

Brush with the Buffalo sauce and serve.

  • 1 Aubergine, stalk removed
  • 30ml Frank’s Redhot Wings Buffalo Sauce
