Asian Noodle Salad

  • RECIPE MAKES: 4 portions
  • COOK TIME: 15 minutes
Step 1

Cook the Mevalia spaghetti for 11 minutes, stirring continuously for the first 3-4 minutes. Refresh in cold water and drain.

Step 2

Next place garlic, ginger, vinegar, honey, soy sauce into a bowl and whisk in the sesame oil.

Step 3

Toss the prepared vegetables and spaghetti with the dressing and season.  

  • 30g Mevalia Spaghetti
  • 1 Red onionthinly sliced
  • 1 Fennel thinly sliced
  • 1 red pepper cut into thin strips
  • 1 green pepper cut into thin strips
  • 20g green beans
  • 1 Carrot cut into thin strips
  • ASIAN DRESSING
  • 10g ginger purée
  • 1/2 tsp dried garlic granules
  • 20 ml clear honey
  • 20ml rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • Pepper to taste
