Preheat oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.
Place water, yeast and psyllium husk into a bowl, stir and leave to thicken for 10 minutes. Once thickened, add oil and stir through.
Meanwhile mix together Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix, Violife, tomato purée, mixed herbs and add to the thickened mixture, mixing with your hands until dough has formed.
Knead for 3-5 minutes and leave to rise for 20 minutes.
Divide dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a sausage shape (approximately 5 inches long) on a work surface dusted with Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix. Alternatively make into a shape of your choice as demonstrated in the picture. Brush with remaining oil.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
