Sweet Potato Wedges

  • RECIPE MAKES: 1 portion as a main or 2 portions as a side
  • PREP TIME: 10 minutes
  • COOK TIME: 15-20 minutes

Preheat the oven at 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.

Cut the sweet potato into wedges.

In a bowl, toss the wedges with remaining ingredients.

Bake on a baking tray for 15-20 mins or until golden.

  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Mixed herbs
