Add the raspberries and 20ml apple juice into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Rinse the blender, then add the kiwi and 20ml apple juice and blitz until smooth.
Gently pour the kiwi smoothie over the raspberry smoothie. Rinse the blender.
Finally add the blueberries, apple and remaining 20ml apple juice into the blender and blitz until smooth. Layer the blueberry smoothie over the kiwi smoothie and serve.
Top tip:
Refrigerate the fruit for 1 hour prior to making the smoothie.
