
Rabanadas

Place a pan on a medium heat and add the butter.
Whilst the butter is melting, mix the ProZero, Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix, icing sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon in a bowl to form a batter.
Dip the bread into the batter until covered.
Using a spatula place the batter covered bread into the pan.
Fry for 1 minute on each side or until golden brown.
Place the caster sugar and remaining cinnamon on a plate and mix.
Dip the bread in the sugar mixture to coat.
Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix and ProZero are foods for special medical purposes and must be used under medical supervision.
