Mini Pain au ‘Chocolat’

Method
step 1
Roll out your puff pastry to a 20cm x 7cm rectangle. Divide this into four 5cm x 7cm rectangles.
step 2
Cut the Vitabite into quarters.
step 3
Place a piece of Vitabite onto each pastry rectangle and roll into a sausage shape. Pinch the ends so that they are sealed.
step 4
Place on an oven tray and cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
