Maple Roasted Parsnips

Method
step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C fan/210°C/gas mark 6.

Place all the ingredients in a sandwich bag and coat the parsnips by squishing the bag.
step 3
Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
step 4
Pour the contents of the bag onto a baking tray and bake for 35 minutes.
