Hot Choc Stirrers

Method

step 1

Using the spray oil, spray a thin layer of oil on the inside of the ice cube tray.

step 2

Add the Vitabite chunks and choc buttons into a heatproof bowl. Melt by placing bowl over simmering boiling water, stirring occasionally or melt in the microwave on a low heat.

step 3

Once the Vitabite and choc buttons are melted, fold in the marshmallows and orange extract.

step 4

Carefully pour the melted Vitabite mixture into the ice cube tray.

Put a wooden spoon in the middle of each section of the ice cube tray and sprinkle on your chosen decorations.

step 6

Place in the fridge to cool for one hour or until set hard.

step 7

Heat the ProZero in a pan or in the microwave, then stir in the hot choc stirrer.

Ingredients

Spray oil
7 x 25g bars of Vitabite, broken into chunks
25g Sainsbury's Deliciously Free From White Choc Buttons
20g Freedom Mallows Vegetarian Mini Pink & White Vanilla Marshmallows
2 drops of orange extract (optional)
250ml ProZero
Permitted decorations such as Christmassy coloured hundreds and thousands, freeze dried strawberries.
You will need: An ice cube tray and 8 wooden spoons
