Easter Bark
- RECIPE MAKES: 2 x 15cm bark
- COOK TIME: 40 minutes
Method
Step 1
Melt 2 bars of Vitabite in a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water.
Step 2
Fill the Easter moulds with the melted Vitabite and place in fridge to set.
Step 3
Once set, melt remaining Vitabite in a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water.
Step 4
Spread half the melted mixture into a 15cm circle on a lined baking tray and decorate with the Easter moulded Vitabite and permitted decorations.
Step 5
Repeat with the other half of the mixture.
Step 6
Set in the fridge until hard.
Vitabite is a food for special medical purposes and must be used under medical supervision.

- Edible glitter
- Permitted decorations of your choice
