Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat.
Add the onion, garlic and chilli, cook for 5 minutes or until softened.
Stir in the spices and cook for a further minute.
Add the carrots, parsnips, vegetable stock and ProZero, stir and bring to the boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, until the carrots and parsnips are tender.
Pour into a blender or use a hand held blender and blend until smooth.
Season to taste.
