Chocolate Muffins

Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
Step 2
Place the Mevalia Bread Mix, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda into a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Mix in the sugar, Golden Syrup and butter.
Step 4
In a medium bowl melt 120g of the MEVALIA Chocotino/ Vitabite in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in the melted chocolate, Mevalia Lattis/ ProZero and gravy browning, mixing until smooth.
Step 6
Divide the mixture between 10 muffin paper cases set inside a muffin tin.
Step 7
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate pieces on top of each muffin.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
Step 9
Place on a wire rack to cool.

- 50g Golden Syrup
- 100g soft butter
- 120g Mevalia Chocotino/ Vitabite
- 340ml Mevalia Lattis/ ProZero
- 1 tsp gravy browning
- 40g Mevalia Chocotino/ Vitabite
