Chocolate Candies
- RECIPE MAKES: 50 servings

Method
Step 1
Slowly melt the butter. Reduce the heat and slowly add the Mevalia Chocotino/ Vitabite to the liquid butter (make sure you do this very slowly, so that the chocolate doesn‘t burn and become brittle).
Step 2
Combine the sugar, cocoa and cornflour and quickly stir into the mixture. Continue stirring until smooth.
Step 3
If you like, you can add different flavours at this point (cinnamon, vanilla, rum, desiccated coconut, etc.).
Step 4
Spoon into mini cake cases and leave to cool.
Step 5
Before the mix completely hardens, you can decorate the chocolate melts as you wish (using extra ingredients): sugar pearls, candied orange peel, fresh fruit, desiccated coconut, etc.
Step 6
Keep in a cool place until serving.

- 15g cocoa
- 50g cornflour
- 50g icing sugar
