In a large bowl mix together Mevalia bread mix, salt and yeast.
Place the oil and water into the bread pan and tip in the dry ingredients.
Set the programme in a Panasonic bread maker to Basic Rapid Bake with dark crust (2 hours).
After 5 minutes open the lid and scrape down the sides to remove any dry ingredients.
Remove loaf from the bread pan and place on a cooling rack. Allow to cool before cutting.
USEFUL TIPS For a browner crust open the lid 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and brush the top with sunflower oil. Great to freeze
