Pre-heat the oven gas mark 6/200˚C/fan 180˚C.
Place water, psyllium husk and yeast in a bowl, stir and leave to thicken for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, add Fate low protein all-purpose mix.
Add the two mixtures together, using your hand mix until a dough is formed.
Knead the dough for 3-5 minutes.
Place back in bowl and allow dough to rise for 20 minutes.
Divide dough into 4 pieces and dip each piece in Fate all-purpose mix.
Roll into round ball.
Using fingertips, gently stretch each ball into a flat circle/oval, keep pushing edges out until it reaches approx. 6inches/15cm.
Place on baking try.
Brush the top with olive oil and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
