Pear
- RECIPE MAKES: 8 Ice Cubes
- PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
- COOK TIME: 6 Minutes
Method
Step 1
Place pear into a small saucepan, just cover with water and poach over a low heat for approx. 6 minutes.
Step 2
Drain cooked pear, then place in blender with 20ml water.
Step 3
Blend until smooth.
This recipe is freezable!
Top Tip:
If the pears are very ripe you may not need to cook them; but you still need to core, peel, dice and blend them with water.
